Hi,
I got an eye infection
my lower and upper eye lids are swollen
and it's paining badly...
pls suggest asap

This is suggestive of stye
Try
A warm compresses
B apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloxacin twice daily over lid margins
C use systemic antibiotic like ciprofloxacin 500mg twice daily
It may take around a week for recovery

There are multiple stye in your eye on both eyelids.
Please do hot foamentation.and put antibiotics eye drops 2hrly e.g. moxifloxacin and put antibiotics eye ointment e.g. ocupol at bed time also take oral antibiotic and anti inflammatory tab e.g. tab ciplox 500 and diclogesic twice daily.
