Eye irritation
I feel discomfort on my left eye and I don't know what causes it but the following are the symptoms. There's pressure on my left eye. Massive discharge of fluids in the eye. Redness. It hurts when I blink. What could be done?

it might be conjuntivitis, corneal ulcer or uveitis. please share a close-up pic of your eyes or consult an ophthalmologist nearby.

Your symptoms are suggestive of conjunctivitis
Try
A cold compresses
B use antibiotic eyedrop frequently along with lubricating eyedrop frequently
