Since you are a regular computer user hence you are likely to develop computer vision syndrome so please put lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 3to4 times daily and rub ocupol dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids.
Next Steps
Follow 20 20 formula ie close your eyes for 20.seconds after every 20minutes and keep proper distance between eyes and screen ie approx 20.inches. Wash your eyes with freshwater frequently. also do cold compresses with ice. consume lot of fresh fruit and vegetables.
