Hello
This is suggestive of allergy
Try
A. Cold compresses
B. Avoid rubbing eyes
C. Use antiallergic eyedrop like epinastine eyedrop twice daily along with lubricating eyedrop like lubrex
D. Soft steroid like fluorometholone eyedrop can be used in severe cases
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis.

It might be due to allergy and dryness or infection.
Please share a close up pic of her eyes with detailed information about discharge redness watering pain swelling itching and blurring of vision or consult an ophthalmologist nearby .
