I was trying to wear lenses after a long time and somehow my eye started paining too much so I didn't wear it and removed ...however post which there is a lot of redness and mild pain in my eye and it's watering

Hello This could be due to dryness or inflammation etc A. Stop using contact lens B. Kindly consult local ophthalmologist and and get proper eye examination
