Your doctor will perform few tests like pentacam to see corneal topography and thickness and fundus examination and if these tests are normal then Lasik surgery can be done

There are many good hospitals in Bangalore
If she is using contact lenses then withdraw it for 4to5 wks and then approach to the lasik surgeon. They will perform certain tests and then will decide.
