Hi ..if you are on digital devices for long , and have dryness..this can happen ..
Reduce screen time
Use good lubricating drops 3/4 times like softdrops, use eyemist gel 2 times
Reduce light on devices
If u dont feel better in some times..do a check to investigate other causes for this ..

Talk to experienced eye specialist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
Do u have headache or redness of eyes also ? Firstly u need to get your eyes assessed by an ophthalmologist to look for any refractive error . At the same time you will also be assessed for any other problems like raised intraocular pressure or any other inflammation. Meanwhile try to reduce your exposure to mobile, laptop and other such devices .
Keep yourself hydrated and do some breathing exercises . In addition u can start a lubricant eye drop like refresh tears or lubrex eye drops .
Take care and see an ophthalmologist soon
