Eye paining dry
Eye muscle is paining after long hours of on screen activity. Located in Salt Lake, Kolkata. A bit dry feeling also. Bit blurred vision for near objects.

Hi.  You need to follow a 20:20 rule meaning after every 20 min of work take a break for 20 Sec and look away from your screen at a distant object. Also wash your eyes frequently with tap water.  You can use a e/d refresh tear thrice daily if dryness persists.  Also if possible get yourself checked for glasses.

It looks as if you are suffering from computer vision syndrome. Apply ice pack on closed eyes for 5 min 3 times a day. Use refresh liquigel eye drops three times a day. Capsule Isite once daily x 15 days
