Eye power increased
My eye power is increasing rapidly. I am 28 years old but still it is not stable. Why is this happening? The increase is -1/-2 in an year or two years. Right now it is -10 in right eye and -7 in left eye. I also have cylindrical power.
Please tell me why is this the power increasing? I am very worried as to why is my power increasing at this rapid rate?
I wear lenses, so when I go to eye check up, is it okay if I remove the lenses just before check up? Or do I need to remove it much longer?

Power usually become stable at age of 18-21 yrs of age
Power should not increase now
If it is increasing at such pace, thorough examination is needed
It is very difficult to comment without examining you
I would recommend you to consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done
