Sir, i have cylindrical power.. But i do not wear spects too often... Is der a chance my power has increased?

Wearing or not wearing aspects has no effect on the change in eye power ever. If you have a glass power you should use the prescription glasses, it will make your vision comfortable and take care of the symptoms.
Whether the power has increased or changed needs to be checked periodically with your doctor and he/she will advise accordingly.
