An eye pressure of 22, is considered the higher side of normal. Just like the average height of an adult male is 5 and a half feet, of someone is 6 feet tall, he is not abnormal. If the nerve of the eye is healthy ( can be confirmed by an eye examination) and if the drainage pathway for the eye fluid is open, this pressure can be ignored and you can recheck once in 6 months or so.

Just pressure is not enough to diagnose glaucoma. You need to undergo thorough check up like field test (perimetry) and OCT. especially if there’s a family history of glaucoma.
