I just have my eye checkup, and found my eyesight is - 11.5.
I was wearing specs of - 7 power from last 5 years. So what should I do now? What are the treatment options for me??

Such drastic change in power is not normal. Get your thorough check up done. You need to get TOPOGRAPHY and PACHYMETRY to check for abnormal corneal curvature
