Madam is your friend an eye specialist or just a friend? Please get your eyes checked by a qualified person. If there is a foreign body in the eye which is likely because you are complaining of symptoms in one eye only ie the right eye.
Next Steps
Even after removal you would require a course of antibiotics.
Health Tips
do not rub your eyes, as this can cause scratches on the cornea which in medical terms we refer to as abrasions.

Ma'am if you have washed your eye thoroughly and still feel a sensation of something stuck inside then it can be a foreign body (mostly foreign bodies get dislodged in the upper fornix that is a space beneath the upper lid) or any superficial injury to the cornea. In both the scenario it's must for you to visit any nearby Ophthalmologist.

Use any lubricant eye drop. Consult an ophthalmologist in person to rule out any foreign body in the eye.
