Self medication and long term usage of eye drops without doctors advise can be counterproductive. Also using eyedrops beyond a month of opening is not advisable
Next Steps
please consult a doctor as soon as feasible

4 year old child with a 3 month old problem. Please dont self medicate. Needs consultation without delay. Long term use of antibiotics can lead to corneal toxicity and cause more damage.
