Few instructions: 1. Get spectacle power check up done as presbyopia (Reading power glasses required) sets in after the age of 40 years 2. Dizziness after suddenly getting up from sitting can be because of Postural hypotension so get a Physician opinion for this. 3. If the headache is one sided, severe pain, has any correlation as it's increased in bright light, hearing loud noise or skipping meals then will have to rule out Migraine. Physician will rule out other causes of headache like Tension Headache, Cluster Headache, Temporal arteritis etc. 4. Healthy nutritious diet 5. Adequate sleep for at least 7-8 hours 6. Adequate water intake at least 3-4 litres / day 7. Daily exercise and meditation
