Eye strain for days
A week ago, I was outside for about an hour with no eye protection and I was squinting my eyes because of the sun. Since then, I have been having pretty bad eye strain and it's very uncomfortable. What can I do to help myself?

It may be due to solar/photic retinopathy. You must visit an ophthalmologist.
