Eye Strain
I have a lot of eye strain.I got my power checked from multiple times and the doctor says there is no issue in the power.please help.

If your power is o k, then you may be suffering from dryness leading to pain &burning sensation, you should try to have normal blinking while working on computer or smartphone & should use lubricating eye drops 5-6 times regularly( Refresh liquigel).If you don't get relief ,please take 2nd opinion from another ophthalmologists or neurologist.

B. Cold compresses
C. Use lubricating eyedrop frequently
