Eye swollen.
Hello , im Lokesh my brother who is outstation he got sweeling eye he says tat when he switched on fan something fell in his eyes and he washed his eye it was red and after sometime it swelled a lot . I shocked it was swollen surrounding eye
Please help me and my brother

it looks like foreign body induced conjunctivitis.
start eye drops vigamox 3 times a day

immediately consult near by ophthalmologist for complete eye examination and removal of foreign body if still its there.
