Iam 31yrs old and iam not wearing any glasses and have no BP. My right eye lower eyelid is twitching for the past 3 days, though it's not continuous, iam experiencing it frequently (around 20-30times a day) and each time it lasts for around a a minute. Also i have feeling of closing the eyes for a bit to feel my eyes cool and better.
Note: Eyes are not red and watery.
Can anyone recommend any medications? or home medicines?
Thanks in advance,
Ranjit M.

This kind of twitching is because of muscle flutter caused by anxiety. there is a thin band of involuntary (smooth) muscle in the lid margin that gets irritated due to high adrenalin levels in anxiety conditions. it can last a few weeks at times. Control your anxiety, indulge in relaxing exercises/pranayama and do some counter irritation, like put a small piece of medical tape on your lid after stretching it. Lubricate your eyes and see a doctor if it agravates.
Hi
Can happen due to multiple reasons
Lack of sleep, too much digital screen time , too much travel, eye number, neurological problems and stress etc
proper sleep, decrease screen time, lubricating eye drops , Vitamin b supplements .... see for a few days ... see eye doctor , if not better
