As already mentioned; yes eye twitching can be a sign of early blepharospasm or hemifacial spasms.. may need Botox Inj. Oculoplastic surgeon would be a better person to inject around eyes if needed

Eyelid twitching mostly occurs due to dehydration and lack of sleep. More severe forms like hemifacial spasm may need BOTOX injections. Pls consult a neurologist if it doesn't subside after getting a good night's sleep and drinking lots of water.
