Can anybody help me to figure out what is flashes of light internet is terrifying me i cannot predict myself when i see or move my sight towards light source i see some heat wave like vision is seen can anybody please help ☹☹

There can be false flashes of light  visible in bright light. But any retinal problem should be excluded first. So please consult an ophthalmologist nearby.

Please go and see nearby ophthalmologist..... As falshe can be cause of posterior vitreous detachment or retinal detachment....
