I have left eye 2.50 and right eye no power. Can i use glasses with 2.50 to left and .50 for right eye

if there is no power in right eye then why to use .5.you can use 2.5 in left eye if there is no diplopia or headache. otherwise you will have to use contact lens or get lasik done.
