  4. Eyebags plus dry eyes. That i'm using?

Eyebags plus dry eyes
Is it possible that my big eyebags are cause by dry eyes? I have dry eyes and my eyebags became bigger and darker. Maybe, it's because of my dry eyes or the artificial tears that I'm using? Please I need a good answer. Thank you.
