Is the swelling/ bump in the eye associated with pain in eye/ redness/ discharge? Any trauma / nail injury? Is this a recurring problem ?
Conjunctival cyst, particularly of small size and non recurring, usually does not cause any harm to eyes. It may cause cosmetic concern +/- irritation.
Next Steps
start ocurest plus or I kul eyedrops 3 times a day for 5 days.

This seems to be a sub conjunctival cyst .. generally of no concern. Mild irritation can go with lubricants .. if still bothered : visit an ophthalmologist and get it removed
