Hello dear,
Thin eyebrows and thin eyelashes are something which is difficult to treat but still trial of tinctures and serum can be given along with supplements which might help you to grow those thin strands but its very subjective and might not give you that expected results
I would suggest you to have a session of microblading eyebrows and eyelash extensions if you really urge for that bushy eyebrows look but make sure you get it done from medical trained professionals.
