Eyelash loss on one eye with a bald spot
Im a thyroid patient taking 100mcg thyroxine. i dont pull out my lashes or use makeup but my right eye has significantly sparser lashes than my left eye. there is a bald spot without any lashes for over a year. ive patiently waited for it to grow back but it hasnt. not a contact lens wearer. prone to eczema and non diabetic.
