My both eyes are -3 Am 22 years old what to do for a heatly eye sight i use spacs but why mu power increase

Hi ..
Mostly the power now will remain stable. Having number does not mean eyes are not healthy.
You can remove the number, by laser, if you wish so ..
Fir healthy eyes ..u follow what has been taught from childhood..
Eat healthy, sleep well, less digital devices ..

Eye power can increase upto age 20yr. It cannot be stopped by using medication or using glasses. It usually remains same after that. You can get eye checked by ophthalmologist rather then at spectacle store. Be regular with eye check up

Also as have minus power known as myopia, get your retina checked, that is more important.
