When i was sleeping yesterday, i woke up and my eyes had been stuck toegtehr like it was glued and i couldnt open them

Hi This can b due to excess secretion from eye.
Next Steps
visit an opthalmologist and get yourself examined properly and then take proper treatment accordingly. regards
