Hello sir, First thing he has to do,is to take a break from all types of screens. For a few days. He has to use the eye gel at night, and any one lubricant eyedrop. (Refresh tears or tear drops) Change his work pattern. He should take breaks every half an hour of screen time. Keep eyes closed for 2 minutes, for every half an hour. Avoid working late nights, and use the screen in a well lit background. He can keep cucumber slices or ice packs once a day, after his work is over. Wash his eyes with cool water twice a day.
Next Steps
He should use the prescribed glasses for work, at all times.
Health Tips
Only if his work pattern changes, he will get full relief. make sure to take two minutes break every half an hour.
