Eyes darkness due to hollowness

Hi, doctor i have developed a dark line extending from under eye to cheeks i think it is due to hollowness my lower eye led is dark whereas on other side of my eye is clear. Please tell what is the problem i have a good skin but my eye is letting me down it has happened from last 6 month and i am just 16 and i have developed this.
