It is very difficult to comment without examining you
I would recommend you to consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done Regards

If you’ve suffered a blunt injury to the eye there could be a number of reasons for your photophobia. Most commonly due to iritis due to the ball injury. Please visit your eye doctor for a complete dilated fundus examination.
If u have difficulty in seeing light what v call as photophobia , better consult local ophthalmologist... it could b post traumatic uveitis.. without examination can not say anything.
