Eyes pain after using mobiles for 30 min

Asked for Female, 21 Years

My sister's eyes pains after watching tv for as little as 10-15 minutes or mobile for 30 minutes . She complains for headche too. She has stopped watching television for more than a year. She has no power as we have consulted and checked by eye specialist. Doctor suggested for eye exercise but that hasn't been advantageous .
