How to improve my eyesight , sometimes something's are less visible to me when I use phone in might time

Sometimes dryness might cause blurry vision. Frequently wash ur eyes and u can use a lubricating eye drop also..... refresh eye drop 4 times per day.
Next Steps
if it does not help get a check up done by ophthalmologist.

Get your eyes checked by an ophthalmologist.
You might be having numbers.
Avoid using smartphone in the dark.
If unavoidable put on the night view mode with medium brightness
