Eyestrain during study
I've been suffering from eyestrain while studying .so please tell me which bulb light should i use to cop up with eye related problems during studies.

If you suffer from eyestrain, you could be having a spectacle number,so get that checked. Focused lights are better than diffuse lights for reading. Take frequent breaks if too much screen work.
