Hello. I'm a 28yo male but I look the same as I did when I was 18. During that time I have suffered from Depression, tiredness and fatigue. I was just spending my days in my room playing video games and eating junk. I did very little exercise and ate very little fruit and veg. I never got fat but just stayed the same, skinny and with no muscle. I have been trying to change my life this year and especially recently by excercising daily and eating healthier. History is inconclusive What I got the impression from your message is you had depression previous and for the weight loss you have modified your life style this year onwards For obesity it is always recommend to have 1) Life style modification 2) Diet modification 3) Exercise obesity is due to any organic pathology or its just because of physiological factors ? Would recommend you to first meet a General Practitioner and get properly evaluated
