Hello sir. First of all start with sunscreen use for face whenever you are going out in sun(apply 15 mins before) so that pigmentation won't increase. U can choose sunscreen as per your skin type for e. g. Water base for oily and Cream base for dry skin
For marks some antipigmentation cream works very well, no need to go for laser for each and every pigmentary issue.
Chicken pox SCARS don't go away with creams only. It needs multimodality approach. That dermatologists can explain you better.
