Sir or Ma'am I Sujay Paul is facing problems with my face pimples! Please note this and try to suggest proper keep to do things and medicine which I should prefer!

Use Salicylic acid cleansers twice daily and apply benzoyl peroxide gel at bedtime over pimples for 2-3 wks. If it persists you may have to visit dermatologist nearby for better management.
