Any history of fever And increase in swelling while chewing food? Better to go for an ultrasound neck after the lockdown. Meanwhile regular massage over the parotids after food. And hot water fomentation

Could be recurrent parotitis. The usual cause for this is either parotid duct narrowing or a stone formation
Next Steps
Please get an ultrasound done for the parotid gland and contact after that. We may need to get MR sialography for confirmation later but ultrasound is a good screening tool
Health Tips
Avoid anything sour as of now and have plenty of water. Do face massages gently
