Face veins appearance
Due to the use of melas cream my face veins becomes little visible nd skin thinning is also done will it cure by its own with time when I will discontinue use of melas cream

This means the skin of your face has thinned out. This is called steroid induced skin atrophy and also telengiectasia is the visible veins which you are talking about.
