Facial bloating.
I am 24 years old and i am 5'2 . My weight is 52 kgs and my BMI is absolutely normal, but I have facial bloating from the past few years. I suspect its due to excessive salt intake , but please help me out. My whole face has changed now.
My fingers also get so bloated sometimes and the same ring that would fit me on a Friday would not fit me on Saturady. I do not consume regular alcohol.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
If you think it's due to excessive salt intake, then it means you do take excess of salt.
Excess of salt in anyways harmful, you need to cut down in that.
And I'm not sure of your theory.
Consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.
