There are very few piples on the forehead, and. There is dark spot left of piples all over face, i was a fair guy but now the face has become dull and dark.
I need some remedy/medication for the health of my face, and make skin tone even and remove the dark spots

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send photos as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
