Fainting, lightheaded, short of breath
I have been fainting and experiencing lightheadedness for about 3 weeks. I finally went to see a doctor about it last week after I fainted at work for this second time. The doctor said I have heart arrhythmia (PACs) and prescribed beta blockers. I'm taking metoprolol succ ER 25 mg once a day in the evening with dinner. I feel mostly fine at home but I think that's because I'm usually resting. I still feel faint at work or while driving and then I panic which makes it worse. This happens often.
