Fall on the floor
My father aged 77 taking medications for parkinsonism and cardiac ailments. Yesterday while he was moving from hall to his bedroom he skipped and fall on the floor. No head injury...but he has pain in his hip( no swelling) and experiencing pain during movement. Please find attach his X ray which are self explanatory. Kindly suggest your feedback and mode of treatment considering his Age factors.Local doctors suggest since its only a inflammation adequate rest is enough..Please suggest some meditations and what next to be followed. Thanks in advance.

X rays show basicervical fracture neck of femur on the left side. It's advisable to go for surgical replacement of the femoral head( Hemi) once the fitness for surgery is obtained.
