Before doing anything ie be  it denture or implant you should first take a OPG ( full mouth xray ) . OPG needs to be taken at a xray centre . Dont confuse it with the one that your dentist takes at his clinic . Then with the OPG you go to him so that he can judge how much bone is remaining and whether that much bone is enough for implants or not . If the remaining bone is too less no point in doing implants as they will fail . Denture is viable in any case . Even if there is no sufficient bone you can go for denture . Why are your teeth soo weak at this age? Are you daibetic?

Get a OPG done.
