From last 5-6 months ,In afternoon i feel a very strong urge to sleep even at work and in evening i feel a headache if i don't get 1hr nap in afternoon but considering my nature of work (IT Professional) getting afternoon nap is out of question.after googling my issue ,i started gyming and following rigorous diet with low carbs in afternoon or no heavy meals at all from 12 to 5,proper 7hr sleep every day,but still nothing has changed.i still get strong urge to sleep and sometime i even fall asleep at my desk.

If 1hr nap break is difficult, den at least take 10-15mins brk. Ur brain is not able to take continuous stress. So wrk efficiently dis brk is important.
