Falling down on back and speach delay
Dear Doctor,
My son is 3 years old. I observed that he is feeling unstable to stand or sit after playing or running for some time. He is feeling good to sit with a support to back, even without play. But he is very active and keeps running, jumping, climbing windows etc.
Another concern is speech is not up to the mark for this age. He is trying to convey his needs by taking us to the object and recently started saying starting letter from the word.
Third is very sensitive to the cold weather.
