Family planning after 2 miscarriages
Hello, I was married on 4th Feb 2018. My wife had 2 miscarriages. DnC 1st miscarriage: 21 Jan 2019 2nd miscarriage: 30 Jan 2020 So, doctor told for some tests: TORCH(Igm): Negative Hb: 11.2 Fasting blood sugar: 89 *TSH*: 0.01 {Low (range is 0.39-5.5)} *T3*: 354 {High (range is 60-202)} *T4*: 12.6 {High (range is 4.4-11.6)} *Prolactin*: 45.4 {high (range is 1.2-19.5)} She is diagnosed with *Hyperthyroidism* along with increased *Prolactin*. Her weight reduced approx 5-6 kgs in last 1-1.5 months. For Prolactin, doctor prescribed: -Cabgolin 0.25mg for 3 months(twice in a week) For Thyroid: - Neomercazole 10 mg daily - Ciplar LA 40 mg daily *Her Problems:* - Irregular periods. (LMP: 25 May for only 1 day, No sign in this month of June). - She feels lack of energy whole day. - Frequently goes to potty, especially after eating sweets, oily and junk food. - High hairloss. - Very low appetite. - Weight reduction (71 to 65 kg) Please suggest necessary actions for family planning ?

Nothing to worry all these symptoms are because of hyperthyroidism,as medicines work her symptoms will improved, periods will become normal,if not then need to discuss with endocrinologist for dose adjustment of medicine.

Firstly kindly let her follow healthy life style. Avoid junk, oily food. She should start exercise. Let her take medication religiously and then repeat all tests after 4 weeks. Let issues settle first. Once everything is fine, pregnancy planning can be done.let her start folic acid 5 mg daily. It is a prenatal vitamin.
