How can I plan for family planning. I have 2 kids. I have heard that NSVP is not safe...chances of erectile disfuntion.

Hello
If you are reffering to vasectomy than no it doesn't causes erectile dysfunction. Other options for family planning includes tubectomy of wife, IUD placement and OCP intake.
