People say honey is good for health, then how about consumption of honey for diabetic patient. In what way honey is poisonous to diabetic patient? Is honey's sweet taste is the only cause that diabetic patient should avoid it. People also say sugarcane juice is good for health then how come sugar cane juice is not good for diabetic patient. Is only sugarcane juice's sweet taste is poisonous to diabetic patient?

It is the sugar content of honey and sugarcane which can affect the blood sugar control in a diabetic patient. Sugarcane juice is better avoided, honey in limited amount occasionally is fine.
