I have fat concentration on thighs waist and chest. Waist and chest both measures 44 inch. Stomach is like water baloon. It makes my always tired. What physical exercise I should try to loose weight.

First of all a proper diet is required... Have fibre rich diet and drink excess of water avoid cholesterol rich foods ... Along with which regular exercise will help you lose weight...
